Abstract

The invention provides an audio device and a noise reduction device. The audio device includes an amplifier, a noise reduction circuit, a potential pull-down circuit and a power detection circuit. The amplifier is driven by a power supply and receives a common mode voltage for amplifying an audio input signal to generate an audio output signal. The muffler circuit is responsible for grounding the audio output signal after receiving a muffler circuit control signal. The potential pull-down circuit is responsible for grounding the common-mode voltage after receiving a control signal of the potential pull-down circuit.
