Abstract

The invention provides a storage bin used for receiving and storing the medical sharp apparatus and waste, which consists of a container with an opening; the opening can be closed through a cover, the cover can move between an open position and close position. A pivoting pallet is supported by a gestell at the opening, wherein, for a first open position of the cover, the gestell has an operation position; herein, the pallet can achieve the medical sharp apparatus and waste placed on the cover. The pallet can pivoting move to discard the medical sharp apparatus and the waste in the container. The pallet is offset to return to the operation position. The cover and the pallet are operationally linked to cause the cover to be opened to the first open position from the close position and to cause the pallet to move to the operation position from the storage position. The pallet is foldable so as to be placed in the container when the pallet closes the cover. The cover can move to a second open position and the gestell can move to remove the pallet, thereby fully exposing the opening of the container so as to empty contents of the storage tank by inversing the container.
