Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of binary ice and further relates to a device for realizing the method. The preparation method of the binary ice is as follows, water for preparing the binary ice is sprayed in a vacuum chamber, the formed small water droplets generate a flash evaporation phenomenon in the vacuum chamber; water vapor is formed by carrying out the flash evaporation and heat absorption of a small part of the small water droplets, the other majority of the water droplets are simultaneously solidified to ice for forming the binary ice to be accumulated at the bottom part of the vacuum chamber; a water catching device is used for catching the water vapor which is formed by the flash evaporation; and a vacuum pump is used for pumping out a small amount of gas which is not condensed and infiltrates the vacuum chamber during the ice making process. The device of the invention has high thermal efficiency, simple device structure, convenient operation, low energy consumption and is less liable to occur ice blockage; and the problem of thermal resistance of an ice layer of the traditional ice making mode is solved.
