The invention discloses a head massager and the helmet thereof, comprising a helmet, a massager and an adjusting device which are arranged on the helmet; the helmet is provided with a front shell and a rear shell which can move relative to the front shell; the rear shell is provided with a shell cavity; both ends of the front shell are inserted and matched with both ends of the rear shell; the adjusting device comprises a knob which can be rotated forwards, a fixed column, a coil, two pull ropes and a reverse locking device used for preventing the reverse rotation of the knob; the fixed column is fixed on the rear shell; the knob and the coil are fixed on the fixed column through through-hole loose sleeve; the knob is provided with a circle of first projected teeth arranged around the through hole of the knob; correspondingly, the coil is provided with a circle of second projected teeth arranged around the through hole of the coil; the first teeth are meshed with the second teeth; ends of the pull ropes are connected with one end of the front shell with the other ends connected with the coil; when the knob is rotated forwards, two pull ropes drive the front shell.
