The transition board (22) is pivoted with a chair back connecting board (24) and is fixedly connected with a locking block of a locking groove (223), the chair back connecting board (24) is pivoted with a locking buckle (26) through a locking shaft (241), and a restoring component is arranged between the chair back connecting board and the locking buckle (26), a locking part (261) of the locking buckle (16) is positioned in the locking groove (223) under the action of the restoring component to form self-locking, the locking buckle (26) is connected with an unlocking structure which drives the locking buckle (26) to rotate around the locking shaft (241) under the action of an external force, so as to achieve the unlocking of the locking part (261) and the locking groove (223). No matter which angle the seat back is positioned, the unlocking structure can be operated to fold the seat back, so the folding self-locking device is convenient to use the seat back remarkably.
