Abstract

Provided is a fluorescent lamp with a build-in lighting circuit for fixing glass lamp house reliably without relation with a bonding agent state, and a method for manufacturing the same. The fluorescent lamp with the build-in lighting circuit includes a lamp house for covering the fluorescent lamp; an acceptance unit, for accepting the lighting circuit for lighting the fluorescent tube; and an annular shrinkage belt, attached to the outer surface of the acceptance unit and the lamp house on the periphery of a joint face of the acceptance unit and the lamp house, so as to lengthwise the acceptance unit and the lamp house. The lamp house may be made of glass, and the lighting circuit acceptance unit and the lamp house are tubular nearby the joint face. The cross section diameter of the lighting circuit acceptance unit and the lamp house may be maxmium nearby the joint face.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a fluorescent lamp having a built-in lighting circuit and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a fluorescent lamp having a built-in lighting circuit having a shade covering a fluorescent tube and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] A bulb-shaped fluorescent lamp having a built-in lighting circuit can be used to suppress power consumption when using a lighting device used with an incandescent lamp. Bulb-shaped fluorescent lamps have been becoming more compact in order to replace light bulbs or to limit lighting fixtures to resemble light bulbs as much as possible. The shade is made of glass material for light transmission and heat resistance. If holes or depressions are formed in the glass shade, this causes the glass shade to weaken. The glass shade is assembled to the base housing the lighting circuit by using an adhesive. It is therefore necessary to prevent the glass ...
