Abstract

The present invention can improve a rolling procedure of tire component. The invention uses a green tire molding device for manufacturing the tire. The device of the invention comprises a molding drum (2) and an adhibiting device (4) configured at two sides of molding drum. The adhibiting device comprises the following components: sliding components (7) which can move in the axial direction of molding drum; and rock arms (8) which are axially provided with rollers (8B) with a free rotation mode. A tire component (10) is coiled to a cylinder shape in the area comprising the molding drum and rock arms and furthermore one pair of tire bead cores (15) are inserted into the tire component (10), so that the tire component between the tire bead cores (15) is expanded for forming a body part (20). Relative rotation is endowed between the body part (20) and the sliding components (20) and furthermore the sliding components are caused to move along the axial direction to the molding drum. Therefore a roller contacting with an extrusion part (21) of tire component moves along the body part from the inner side to the out side of radial direction with relative radial tilt thereby rolling the extrusion part.
