The system comprises the access device and a network sound-producing control device, wherein, the access device plays the sounds according to network information controlled by the network sound-producing control device or controls the sound-producing device to plays the sounds. The method comprises the steps as follows: network signaling is received, and the sound-producing control signal is generated according to the network signaling; or the sound-producing control signal is generated according to the set trigger of a timer; and the sound-producing control signal drives the sound-producing device to play the sounds.
