Problems solved by technology

However, since the development of membrane technology was still in its infancy at that time, there were few types of membrane materials to choose from, and the service life of the membrane was short, which limited the long-term stable operation of the process.

Embodiment

[0026] The basic water quality of domestic sewage in a residential area in Guangzhou is shown in Table 1:

[0027] Table 1 Basic Situation of Sewage Water Quality

[0028]

[0029] established as figure 1 In the new membrane-biofilm reactor system shown, the operation process and principle of the system are as follows: After the target sewage enters the storage tank 1, it is pumped into the regulating tank 3 through the lifting pump 2, and the sewage is discharged from the regulating tank after the water inlet pump 4 is started. The pool 3 is sent to the anaerobic zone 5, and the incoming sewage is mixed in the anaerobic zone 5 with the mixed liquid returned from the anoxic zone 6 through the reflux pump 7 to perform anaerobic phosphorus release. The lifting pump 2 is controlled by the high and low liquid levels of the regulating tank (realized by the liquid level controller 8). When the water level is lower than the low level, the lifting pump 2 is opened; when the water ...

Abstract

The invention provides a novel film-biological film reactor system combining a latest sewage treatment biological film technique, namely a suspended biological carrier technique, and a film separation technique. The system comprises a reaction tank consisting of an anaerobic zone, an anoxic zone and an aerobic zone, wherein the aerobic zone is filled with a suspended stuffing for attaching aerobic microbe, and the tail end of the aerobic zone is provided with a film separation component. Compared with the prior aerobic reactor, the reactor system occupies little area, has high removal ratio of organic pollutants, simultaneously has good total effect of denitrifying and dephosphorizing, and can relieve film pollution greatly and prolong the service life of the film. The system can be applied to various sewage disposal occasions such as urban domestic sewage treatment, wastewater reuse sewage treatment, excrement sewage treatment, garbage percolate wastewater treatment or high-concentration organic wastewater treatment, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of water pollution control, and specifically relates to a novel membrane-biofilm reactor system and its application. The system can be directly applied to water pollution purification and sewage treatment projects, such as the treatment of urban domestic sewage, garbage leachate wastewater treatment, high-concentration organic wastewater treatment, etc. Background technique [0002] The development history of Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is not long, it has only been more than 30 years so far, and the commercial application of MBR has only a history of 20 years, but the development speed of MBR technology is very fast. [0003] Smith et al. in the United States reported for the first time (1969) the method of using ultrafiltration membranes to replace the secondary settling tank in the activated sludge process. Soon (1970), Hard et al. placed ultrafiltration membranes in a 10L bioreactor, and used terminal fil...
