Problems solved by technology

The harm of aphids is not only the malnutrition of the chrysanthemums caused by the aphids themselves absorbing the juice in the chrysanthemums, but also the fact that it can spread a variety of viruses, causing serious viral diseases of the chrysanthemums, and causing serious losses to production

Embodiment 1

[0030] Implementation Example 1: This method was used to conduct preliminary screening and evaluation of the aphid resistance of about 20 germplasm resources of Chrysanthemum and its close relatives. Satisfactory results were obtained in less than one month, and the aphid resistance was screened out. Multiple copies of highly destructive materials, such as golden mugwort, hibiscus chrysanthemum, short tongue chrysanthemum and chrysanthemum, etc. (see figure 1 ), which provided a good parental material for the development of aphid-resistant breeding of chrysanthemums. The identification results are shown in the following table:

Embodiment 2

[0032] Implementation Example 2: This method is used to identify the aphid resistance of the hybrid offspring of the cultivated chrysanthemum variety "Zhongshan Jingui" of the genus Chrysanthemum and the wild species of Artemisia Artemisia Artemisiae (see the table below for the identification results), and identify high The resistant progeny strains greatly shorten the breeding cycle.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for identifying aphis resistance of chrysanthemum by separation of artificially inoculated individuals, and belongs to the field of resistance breeding. A plant which is as high as 10cm is selected for transplanting, the aphides are inoculated to stem ends or folded young leaves of the identifying plant by a brush pen, and the plant is covered by a cylinder-shaped cover immediately, so that the plant and the aphides are both under the condition of normal growth and breeding. After inoculated for 3 weeks, the number of aphides is counted by observation, and the comparison identification on the aphis resistant capability of different chrysanthemum materials is made according to the breeding multiplying power of the aphides. The method has the advantages of common raw materials, simple and easy operation, low cost, strong operability and good practicability; the test results are hardly affected by environmental or artificial factors; the method also makes the chrysanthemum breeding possible by screening out germ plasm resources with strong resistance to the aphides; simultaneously, the method can be used for the early identification of aphis resistant breeding materials; moreover, the method greatly shortens the time needed by aphis resistant breeding of the chrysanthemum and ensures the trueness, science and stability of the aphis resistance of bred varieties.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The present invention utilizes the method of artificially inoculating individual plants and effectively isolating them to identify the aphid resistance of different chrysanthemum materials, and is applicable to any cultivated chrysanthemum species and wild species of the genus Chrysanthemum and its close relatives. The method is simple and easy, and the cost is low. Accurate and reliable, it can be used for aphid resistance screening and evaluation of germplasm resources, early screening of resistant breeding progeny materials and identification of insect resistance of bred varieties. As an effective breeding auxiliary means and technology, it belongs to the field of resistance breeding. 2. Background technology [0002] Chrysanthemum (Dendranthema morifolium), also known as Juqiu, Ju, Juhua, Nuhua, Huanghua, Zhuying, Jinying, Emperor's Flower, etc., is native to my country and is one of the top ten traditional famous flowers in China and one of the ...
