The method for preparing the medicament comprises the following steps: manufacturing the samshu and placing the samshu in a container; pulverizing components of the traditional Chinese medicines into rough powder, evenly mixing and placing the rough powder in an airtight container, and heating and extracting the rough powder and the samshu for three times with 2.5 hours for the first time, 1.5 hours for the second time and 0.5 hours for the third time.
