Problems solved by technology

[0010] However, in the existing button discriminating device 101, if it is not a button B having a shape with features such as unevenness greater than or equal to a certain height on one of the front and back of the button B, because the front and back of the button B are difficult to distinguish. Therefore, there is a problem that the front and back of the button B cannot be accurately judged, and the button B in the proper direction cannot be fed to the button sewing machine 50.

Embodiment Construction

[0069] Next, the button discriminating apparatus of this invention is demonstrated based on one Embodiment using drawing.

[0070] The button automatic supply device 10 of the present embodiment, as figure 1 As shown, it is located on the side of the button sewing machine 50, and has a button supply unit 2, a button conveying unit 3, and the button discriminating device 1 of this embodiment.

[0071] The button supply unit 2 is a device having a function of supplying a plurality of buttons B to the button identification device 1, respectively. As the button supply part 2 of this embodiment, such as figure 2 and image 3 Shown is a parts feeder that has: a supply bowl 2a that accommodates a plurality of buttons B; and a vibrating device that vibrates the supply bowl 2a inside the supply bowl 2a. On the inner surface of the supply bowl 2a, a button passage 2b is formed spirally from the center of the supply bowl 2a toward the periphery thereof. Moreover, near the outer edg...

Abstract

The invention provides a button differentiating device and a button automatically supplying device. The button differentiating device can accurately differentiate surface, back and defect of a button so as to select buttons even surface and back of the button have no clear concave and convex shapes or other characteristics. The invention has a button supplying part, a button moving unit and a button differentiating device. The differentiating device has a radiating unit, an area array camera, a brightness adjusting unit and a differentiating unit. The radiating unit supplies light to the button in three directions; the brightness adjusting unit respectively adjusts brightness of the lights in three directions and the area array camera takes photo of the button receiving the lights in threedirections. Because the lights in three directions form light and shade on characteristic part of the front face of the button, contrast of the image of the button is strengthened so that the characteristic part is clearer. The differentiating unit compares the image of the button with a differentiating reference image generated by pre-taking the button disposed in an expected direction so as todifferentiate surface, back and defect of the button.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a button judging device capable of judging the back surface or quality of a button. Background technique [0002] At present, on the button sewing machine, sometimes an automatic button supply device is additionally provided, which automatically supplies a plurality of buttons to the button sewing machine. [0003] For example Figure 32 As shown, the existing automatic button supply device 110 has: a button supply unit 102 , a button conveying unit 103 and a button identification device 101 . As the button supply part 102, a components feeder is used, for example. As the button conveying unit 103 , one or more than two turntables (rotary conveying bodies) 104 and swivel arms 114 are used. The turntable 104 has, for example, a rotating plate 106 that forms a plurality of circular button holding portions 106a, and holds the buttons B supplied from the button supplying portion 102 on the button holding portions 106a, respective...
