Abstract

The invention discloses a prestressed giant brace-frame structure which consists of frame beams, frame columns and prestressed giant braces. The frame beams and the frame columns are connected to form a frame; the prestressed giant braces cling to the frame plane, the two braces are intersected, span a plurality of floors in the longitudinal direction and stretch across a plurality of column spans respectively and form an included angle with the horizontal line, two ends are respectively connected with far-apart frame columns to form a plurality of structures with centres being prismatic and edges being hemiprismatic. The prestressed giant braces are flexible stay ropes, wherein the centres are provided with a plurality of buckle members which are sheathed on the prestressed giant braces and are fixedly connected with the frame columns. After the installation of the frame beams and the frame columns, the stay ropes are installed and are scratched. The prestressed giant braces effectively improve the frame lateral rigidity and reduce the number of the connecting nodes of a traditional frame-brace structure greatly, thus being convenient for construction and reducing the usage of nodes; reasonable prestress can improve the force distribution in the structure, thus improving the stability of the whole structure.
