Problems solved by technology

[0003] In order to increase the electrical clearance, the traditional method is to directly pull the two conductive parts apart, but with this method, the size of the transformer skeleton must be increased, which not only increases the cost of materials, but also needs to change the structure of the circuit board with it, so will raise costs
In order to increase the creepage distance, the traditional method is to use a longer three-layer insulated wire to lead out the wire 8 of the secondary circuit (such as figure 1 As shown), but this kind of operation method is labor-intensive and material-intensive, and also needs to change the structure of the circuit right to match it, which will increase the cost
In addition, the traditional method also uses the way of winding isolation tape 9 to increase the electrical clearance and creepage distance to prevent breakdown (such as figure 1 ), but this operation is also labor-intensive, which increases the production cost

Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0017] Such as figure 2 , 3 As shown, it is the first embodiment of the present invention, the high-frequency transformer skeleton 1 is provided with a primary circuit pin 2 and a secondary circuit pin 3, between the primary circuit pin 2 and the secondary circuit pin 3 There is an isolation fence 11 greater than 1mm thick Bakelite material between. The setting of the isolation wall 11 isolates the primary circuit from the secondary circuit, so it can directly meet the electric clearance requirement; and since the creepage distance is measured along the insulating surface, adding the isolation wall 11 increases the length of the insulating surface, thereby The creepage distance can be increased, and the requirements can be met without leading out the secondary circuit wires.

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel high-frequency transformer skeleton which is provided with a primary circuit pin and a secondary circuit pin, wherein one or a plurality of dividing walls made of bakelite materials are added between the primary circuit pin and the secondary circuit pin and can directly meet requirements of electric clearances. A creepage distance is calculated according to the height and the thickness of one or a plurality of dividing walls and the superposition of the continuous creepage of other creepage distances and can be adjusted until the creepage distance conforms to requirements. Because an isolation adhesive tape does not need to be wound and secondary circuit conducting wires do not need to be led out, labour hours and materials can be reduced. Although material costs are slightly increased by adding the dividing walls, the cost of the novel high-frequency transformer skeleton is obviously reduced relative to costs of labour hours and materials generated by the traditional structure. Moreover, the integral size of the novel high-frequency transformer skeleton is hardly changed, the distance between the pins at both sides is not changed and the winding structure of the main body of the prior transformer is not changed so that the matching structure of a circuit board does not need to be modified and the cost is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high-frequency transformer, in particular to a novel high-frequency transformer skeleton. Background technique [0002] The high-frequency transformer has a primary circuit (primary circuit) and a secondary circuit (secondary circuit). The primary circuit is a circuit that is directly connected to the AC grid power supply. The secondary circuit is not directly connected to the primary circuit. or an equivalent isolating device or powered by a battery. In order to prevent breakdown and increase equipment safety, various international standards or national standards (such as IEC60950, IEC61558, IEC60335, UL60950, UL1310, GB4943, etc.) There are detailed requirements for electrical distance. Among them: clearance (clearance) is the shortest space distance measured between two conductive parts or between a conductive part and the equipment interface; creepage distance (creepage distance) is the distance between two conductive p...
