By using the invention, the line source arranged in the hollow cylinder close to the center of the circle has obvious radiation reinforcing phenomenon and the directional property factor thereof is above 35. When the structure size of the device is big enough, the directional property factor thereof can be above 130, which is much larger than the directional property factor 1 in the method which does not use the device in the invention.
