The invention also provides a method for synchronizing the information under another link-state protocol, and a device for synchronizing the information under two link-state protocols. If the method can establish the neighbor relation of the mutual synchronous information between the router of one area and the router of other areas, the two routers affiliated to different areas can synchronize the information loaded by the area possessed respectively so as to achieve the aim of synchronizing the information between the two routers of different areas.
