The tire body rubber material utilizing the regenerated rubber comprises the following components in part by weight: 80-90 parts of pure rubber, 10-20 parts of the regenerated rubber, 50-57 parts of carbon black, 3.50-8.50 parts of adhesion promoter, 5.00-12.00 parts of activator, 2.00-5.00 parts of age inhibitor, 2.00-5.00 parts of vulcanizing agents and 0.8-1.5 parts of vulcanization promoter, wherein the total parts of the pure rubber and the regenerated rubber are 100 parts. The invention replaces the pure rubber with the regenerated rubber, establishes the third rubber resource position of the regenerated rubber following after the pure rubber and synthetic rubber, changes the regenerated rubber from only being used in a mixing way in the rubber product industry and greatly reduces the cost under the condition of ensuring tire quality; in addition, the tire body rubber material can basically meet the requirement of the tire body rubber material on all properties.
