Embodiment Construction

[0038] In the cleaning device showing the embodiment of the present invention figure 1 Among them, a pair of endoscopes 12 (refer to figure 2 ) cleaning tank 13 for cleaning. The washing tank 13 is, for example, a water tank formed of a metal plate having excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance such as stainless steel, and its upper opening 13 a is configured to be freely openable and closable by a cover 14 .

[0039] The cover 14 is attached to the apparatus main body 11 by a hinge 15, and rotates between a closed position closing the opening 13a of the cleaning tank 13 and an open position opening the opening 13a. A packing 14a for sealing the inside of the cleaning tank 13 at the closed position is provided on the inner outer peripheral surface of the cover 14 . The device main body 11 is provided with, for example, a locking mechanism 16 using a solenoid (refer to image 3 ), the locking mechanism 16 locks the cover 14 during the cleaning and disinfection pr...

Abstract

The present invention provides an endoscope cleaning device, wherein a label reader (27) is connected with a printer (28) in the cleaning device. A cleaning operator operates an operating panel (18) for selecting the cleaning program. If the endoscope (12) is closed to the label reader, the ID of the endoscope is read and recorded in an EEPROM (44). The endoscope after using is placed in a cleaning tank and the cover is closed. The starting of cleaning is indicated through the operating panel. If all processes of the cleaning program is finished, a CPU (40) records the cleaning information ofthe endoscope into the EEPROM. If the cover is opened, a detection signal which comes from a cover detection sensor (17) and represents the opening is output. The CPU receives the detection signal. The cleaning information is read from the EEPROM, is displayed on a display panel (19) and is simultaneously transmitted to the printer (28). The printer prints and outputs the cleaning information to the recording paper.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cleaning device for cleaning an endoscope. Background technique [0002] As described in Patent Document 1, there is known a cleaning device for cleaning and disinfecting endoscopes after use. After the endoscope is cleaned and disinfected, the cleaning device displays information related to the cleaning and disinfection (hereinafter referred to as cleaning information) on an external monitor, or prints it out. [0003] Since the endoscope is inserted into the body cavity, body fluids and dirt are attached, so it must be cleaned and disinfected after use. The cleaning information is important information showing whether or not the endoscope has been properly cleaned and disinfected, and is managed in association with the endoscope. The cleaning information is used, for example, to confirm whether the endoscope has been cleaned and disinfected when the endoscope is used next time. [0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Paten...
