The environment-friendly size used for 40 count 6535 yarn in the invention has good abrasionresistance of warps, good ductility of chorion, reduces dosage of PVA-800 in comparison with traditional size, adds polymethyl acrylate as a substitute, has low pollutant content in size waste water,and cannot damage the environment, thus being environment-friendly.
