Embodiment 1

[0023] 1) Preparation of fallen leaves, branches and sticks Collect fallen leaves and branches and sticks of Fagaceae. The diameter of the branches is about 1.5 cm, and sawed into small sections of 6 cm long; the diameter of the tree sticks is about 5 cm, and the length is 90 cm, and the tree sticks are cut into fish scale mouths about 1 cm deep at intervals of 8 cm. For fallen leaves, branches and sticks, use a concentration of 600 mg·L 10 days before use -1 The carbendazim solution is sprayed to eliminate the influence of miscellaneous bacteria on the culture material, and is used for the cultivation of the following fungus branches and fungus materials.

[0024] 2) Mycobacterium branch cultivation In early April, dig out a small pit for cultivating fungal branches. The pit is about 50cm wide and 30cm deep. Sprinkle a layer of artificially cultivated tertiary strains evenly on top, then place a layer of branches, and then cover with sand. The thickness of the sand should be...

Embodiment 2

[0031] Repeat embodiment 1, have following difference: in step (1), described fallen leaves, branch and tree stick are 400mg L with concentration in 10 days before use -1 thiophanate-methyl solution for spraying.

Embodiment 3

[0033] Repeat embodiment 1, following difference is arranged: in step (5), tree stick and fallen leaves use concentration to be 400mg L -1 thiophanate-methyl solution and 300mg L -1 Octithirine solution for spraying.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for comprehensively preventing and controlling plant diseases and insect pests in artificial gastrodia cultivation under wild-simulated condition. The method comprises the following steps: paving fallen leaves and branches in a pit; scattering three-level strains on the branches; after covering the pit with soil, cultivating the strains for 40 to 60 days; chopping out a scale gap in sticks; paving the fallen leaves in the cultivation pit; putting a layer of sticks; adding strain branches among the sticks; covering the pit by sandy soil; and obtaining the strains for later use through cultivation. During planting, the strains are alternately put among the sticks so that gastrodia seeds are close to the strains as possible; then, the pit is covered by the soil and all the gaps are filled. The growing process only needs routine technology for management. By the technology, the incidence rate of the plant diseases is reduced from 8 percent to below 4 percent; the incidence rate of the insect pests is reduced from 10 percent to below 5 percent, thereby remarkably improving the level of preventing and controlling the plant diseases and insect pests in the artificial gastrodia cultivation, improving the output of gastrodia, providing raw materials for pharmacy and improving the economic income of farmers in mountainous areas.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of gastrodia elata artificial cultivation, and in particular relates to a comprehensive prevention and control method for gastrodia elata when artificially cultivating gastrodia elata in imitation of the wild environment of gastrodia elata. Background technique [0002] Gastrodia elata (Gastrodia elata B1.) is a parasitic medicinal plant with mycorrhizae belonging to the Orchidaceae Gastrodia genus Gastrodia subgenus. It has no roots and leaves, and mainly relies on decomposing and immersing the honey ring hyphae in its body. to sustain growing symbiotic perennials. It is mainly distributed in my country's Jilin, Liaoning, Hebei, Shaanxi, Henan, Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, North Korea, Siberia, Japan, India, and Sikkim. Gastrodia elata mainly contains gastrodin, parishin, gastrodin, gastrodin, succinic acid, L-pyroglutamic acid, citric acid, monomethyl citrate, Dimethyl citrate, vitamin A...
