Abstract

The embodiment of the application discloses a hierarchical relationship-based approval flow establishing method, a hierarchical relationship-based service flow processing method, a hierarchical relationship-based approval flow establishing device, and a hierarchical relationship-based service processing device. The approval flow establishing method comprises the following steps: predefining a service scene of each approval flow; setting a reporting relationship for each service scene respectively, wherein the reporting relationship comprises a plurality of approval hierarchies required for the corresponding service scene; and binding corresponding position information to each approval hierarchy in the reporting relationship. In the embodiment of the application, because the approval flow is established on the basis of different service scenes, and each service scene is maintained by the corresponding reporting relationship, all participants are unnecessary to be predetermined for the approval flow corresponding to each service flow; and because the approval flow is not directly associated with the service flow when establishing but the reporting relationship is determined by the service scene which the service flow belongs to, the reporting relationship in the approval flow is unnecessary to be adjusted when the service flow changes, so the configuration flexibility of the overall work flow is improved.
