Abstract

The invention relates to an aircraft carrier ejector which can be used for a fixed type or a moving type deck. The ejector comprises a plurality of slotting type air cylinders, wherein both sides of a slot are provided with seal bands; both sides of each air cylinder are respectively provided with a row of rail steel bolt grooves and steel bolts; the front ends of the air cylinders are connected with and fixed to a piston brake, and the rear ends of the air cylinders are connected with and fixed to a steam storage bottle pipe; and the air cylinders are provided with an air release valve piston and fixed by a connecting plate through an ejecting rack. One end of a hook steel band is fixed, and the other end penetrates through the steel bolts and an ejecting rack sliding plate to be lifted by a middle steel wheel, penetrates downwards from the other end and passes through the sliding plate and the steel bolts to be tightened hydraulically at the front end; a manual valve is opened, and a valve clutch automatically starts steam; the steam pushes the piston and the ejecting rack; the ejecting rack pushes away the steel bolts and screws the steel bolts till the piston impacts the brake; the brake is extruded, generates pressure and automatically opens the valve by the pressure; the valve clutch automatically closes the steam; and a winder opens a piston air release valve by a steel wire and pulls back the piston and the ejecting rack.

Description

technical field [0001] It relates to an aircraft carrier catapult, more specifically, the aircraft carrier catapult ejects the aircraft quickly from the deck, and lowers the huge energy fuel when the aircraft starts, so as to fly farther. Background technique [0002] The catapult is driven by steam to achieve high-speed ejection. Usually, the existing aircraft carrier catapult generally uses two elongated cylinders. The front end of the cylinder is equipped with two hydraulic brakes that match the cylinders. The outlet valve is connected to the Dahang steam storage bottle. When the steam valve is opened, the steam generates a huge thrust and pushes the cylinder piston. The piston is connected to the ejection frame, and the ejection frame pulls the sealing belt and the steel groove hook cover, and pulls the return car until Hit the hydraulic brake at the front end of the cylinder. [0003] When the steam valve is closed and the outlet valve is opened at the same time, the w...
