The invention relates to multifunctional disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, the multifunctional disinfectant takes poly hexamethylene phenformin hydrochloride, propylene glycol, glycerol, polyoxyethylene (9) ether, lauryl amide propyl betaine, alkyl glucoside, citric acid monohydrate and deionized water as raw materials. Reasonable formulation by a surfactant mixture and addition of acosurfactant have a synergy function to the sterilizing effect, and enable the invention to have the mild characteristics of no hurting the fabric and no irritating skin. The invention can be used for hard surface, fabric surface, vegetables and fruit, tableware, hand and air and other items, and environmental disinfection, the properties are stable and the environment can not be polluted.
