The invention relates to an impact-resistant bolt connecting device, comprising a bolt, a tubular bolt sleeve, an elastic pin and an elastic element; wherein the bolt is used for connecting a carriage and a wheel carrier in a dismountable way, one of the carriage and the wheel carrier is provided with a fixed leg, the other is provided with a fixed sleeve for containing the fixed leg, and the fixed leg and the fixed sleeve are all provided with a bolt hole into which the bolt can be inserted transversely; one end of the tubular bolt sleeve is open and is connected with the fixed sleeve, the other end is sealed and is provided with a hole through which the bolt can pass; the elastic pin is arranged in the tubular bolt sleeve and penetrates the bolt along radial direction to be fixed on the bolt; one end of the elastic element is against on the elastic pin, and the other end is against on the other end of the tubular bolt sleeve.
