Abstract

The flexible transparent line is internally mixed with a light-curing agent and coated with a shading layer. Under condition that the shading layer is not removed, the light-curing agent does not react and the flexible transparent line is still soft. After the flexible transparent line is bent into the needed shape, the shading layer is removed. Under the action of the outer light rays, the light-curing agent reacts and the flexible transparent line becomes firm, so that the bent shape is fixed. Many products can be manufactured by using the light-curing line; e.g., the light-curing line is wound into pen barrels, clothes hangers, soap boxes, mobile phone holders, waste-paper baskets and boxes and the like.
