The invention discloses a method for preparing a flexible white-light ACEL device through full printing, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, mixing a polyurethane pouring resin component A and a polyurethane pouring resin component B, and preparing transparent slurry; step 2, mixing EL fluorescent powder and PL fluorescent powder to obtain a fluorescent powder mixture; step 3, uniformly mixing the fluorescent powder mixture with the transparent slurry to obtain luminescent layer slurry; step 4, carrying out ultraviolet ozone treatment on the ITO-PET flexible substrate; step 5, carrying out silk-screen printing on the luminescent layer slurry on the ITO-PET substrate; and step 6, accurately covering the light-emitting layer with an ITO-PET flexible substrate with the same size, and curing at room temperature to obtain the flexible white-light ACEL device. White light emission is achieved through a single-layer structure, the process complexity of traditional multi-layer stacking or microcavity design is avoided, and the inorganic light-emitting device prepared through the method is stable in performance, high in light-emitting brightness, capable of meeting the normal display requirement and long in service life.
