The invention further discloses a preparation method of the inorganic composite A-class non-combustible insulation board. The inorganic composite A-class non-combustible insulation board has the advantages that both excellent heat insulation performances and good fire-proof performances are provided. The insulation core material layer and the interface reinforcement layers form an organic whole, so that defects of poor water-proof performances and low surface strength of common inorganic insulation boards are overcome. The insulation board can be pasted through polymer mortar directly when being installed on the wall, tedious interface treatment is not required, construction operations are convenient and rapid, and the bonding between the insulation board and a wall base layer is safe and firm. The wire-proof performance reaches the A class, and the whole fire-proof performance of a wall insulation system is greatly improved.

Preparation method of hydrophobic lipophilic sponge aerogel composite material

The invention discloses a hydrophobic lipophilic sponge aerogel composite material. The composite material is a porous hydrophobic lipophilic solid with compressive strength higher than 0.1MPa, density of 0.09-0.12g/cm<3>, porosity of 90-95%, pore size of 1-10mum, and organic liquid absorption capacity higher than 0.7ml/cm<3>. The preparation method comprises 4 steps: (1) a silicon source and a solvent are mixed; deionized water is added; and the mixture is stirred such that a silicon source solution is formed; (2) an acidic catalyst is added into the silicon source solution for regulating the pH value of the solution; a hydrolysis accelerator is added and the mixture is stirred; an alkaline catalyst is added and the mixture is stirred, such that silica sol is obtained; (3) the silica sol is added into a container containing sponge blocksn, and is allowed to stand, such that wet gel is formed; and (4) the wet gel is dried under normal pressure, such that the hydrophobic lipophilic sponge aerogel composite material is obtained. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple; a preparation period is short, and the entire preparation process can be completed within 12h; steps such as gel aging and solvent exchange are not needed; and a preparation success rate is higher than 98%.
