The invention has the following positive effects: the defect of difficult distinction between the metal ions at adjacent oxidation-reduction potentials by the conventional electrochemical method is overcome; the influence of higher dirty color degree in polluted water body and other complexity factors on the spectrophotometry result is avoided; spectrophotometry result has high-stability and good-repeatability, thus be capable of conveniently realizing the portability or online field fast detection analysis of the heavy metal ions in polluted samples; and the detection sensitivity can reach less than 0.1 ppm.
