Abstract

The method of the embodiment comprises the following steps that: the RN equipment initiates random access to the eNB through a special random access resource, and the special random access resource is distributed to the RN equipment by the eNB; and the eNB determines the equipment for initiating random access to be the RN equipment according to the special random access resource used for initiating the random access. The method of the embodiment can shorten the time for the RN equipment from being electrified to working, and because the eNB can quite early identify that the RN equipment can first distribute resources for the RN equipment, the resource quality and the working stability of the RN equipment are ensured.
