The mixture for soil disinfection and weeding is prepared by the following steps: firstly, sealing, spraying and adsorbing the liquid 1,3-dichloropropene and chloropicrin in proportion at normal temperature to form particles; and then mixing and combining with the alachlor particles in proportion to form a new pesticide with two functions of soil disinfection and weeding. Soil disinfection and weeding are completed once, thus reducing the pesticide cost and improving the labor efficiency. The soil disinfectant and the weed killer can play a mutually positive effect, can improve the chemical effect, and reduce the residue of the weed killer in crops.
