solid waste harmlessness and recycling method and
system based on multi-energy field cooperation and multi-source
solid waste
tempering, and the method comprises the steps: mixing a target main
solid waste
raw material with a
liquid medium, adding a first-class alkaline solid waste conditioner, and carrying out high-pressure
jet flow homogenization circulation treatment to obtain homogeneous
slurry; transferring the homogenized
slurry into a
ball mill, adding a second type of solid waste-based conditioner for ball milling treatment, and realizing deep dissociation and stabilization of pollutants by utilizing a mechanochemical effect; transferring the ball-milled
slurry into an ultrasonic-microbubble reaction separation
tower, adding the
red mud slurry, and separating heavy
metal enriched scum through the synergistic effect of
ultrasonic cavitation and micro-nano bubbles; treating the separated three-phase
system to obtain a top-layer heavy
metal enrichment, a bottom-layer purified main solid waste matrix and an intermediate
liquid phase, and carrying out chemical
precipitation on the intermediate
liquid phase to recover
phosphorus and
nitrogen elements. According to the invention, deep conversion and precise separation of industrial solid waste pollutants and high-value
recovery of valuable components are realized.
