The method comprises the following steps: inputting stone information into the cabinet of the stone color data acquisition unit, taking photos by using a digital control camera, acquiring the photo of the surface of each stone block, carrying out batch-processing on acquired stone photos, and transmitting the photos to the data processor; and analyzing the color phase, saturation degree, luminance and texture of each acquired stone photo with a color difference analytic software by using the data processor to obtain a color data code of each stone block, storing the color data codes in a database, comparing the color data code of each stone block with data of the basic contrast sample, and forming an analog stone arrangement chart according to the sequential coding required by the construction, thereby effectively controlling the stone color difference in the construction.
