The oral administration prescription consists of yin-nourishing, blood-tonifying, kidney-tonifying, qi-tonifying and blood-promoting traditional Chinese medicines, and is a formula of Chinese patent medicaments. The prescription and the compatibility thereof comprise the following medicaments by mass: 6 to 9 grams of donkey-hide glue, 4 to 8 grams of Chinese date, 3 to 6 grams of white paeony root, 5.5 to 15 grams of siberian solomonseal rhizome, 4 to 7 grams of Chinese angelica, 4 to 7 grams of root of red-rooted salvia, 3 to 6 grams of medlar, 6 to 20 grams of tuber fleeceflower root (prepared), 4 to 8 grams of red raspberry, 4 to 7 grams of south dodder seed, 4 to 7 grams of common macrocarpium fruit, 4 to 7 grams of malaytea scurfpea fruit, 4 to 8 grams of desertliving cistanche, 6.5 to 11 grams of mulberry fruit, 6.5 to 11 grams of black sesame, 6.5 to 11 grams of black soybean, 4 to 8 grams of szechwon tangshen root and 4 to 8 grams of astragalus, wherein cane sugar is used as an auxiliary material. The preparation methodcomprises the following steps of: decocting all Chinese patent medicaments in water to obtain decoction, and concentrating the decoction to form thick paste; pulverizing the stir-fried black sesame, the stir-fried black soybean and the donkey-hide glue; pulverizing the cane sugar powder serving as the auxiliary material; and mixing the black sesame powder, the black soybean powder and the donkey-hide glue powder with the cane sugar powder serving as the auxiliary material uniformly, adding the mixture into the concentrated thick paste, mixing uniformly, pelletizing and drying to obtain a solid preparation for oral administration.
