Abstract

There is provided a solenoid valve that does not require high precision working technique for its movable member and that is light-weighted and provides high operation stability. The solenoid valve includes a fixed iron core (12), a solenoid coil (13), a nozzle unit (3) having a passageway (3a), a valve body (6) for closing the passageway (3a), and a movable member movable, in accordance with energization state to the solenoid coil (13), between a first posture where the valve body (6) closes the passageway (3a) and a second posture where the passageway (3a) is opened. The movable member comprises a pivotal member (5) pivotably operated between the first posture and the second posture.
