The combined die is provided with a left separating surface (34) and a right separating surface (36). The left separating surface has a first surface (38), a second surface (40), a third surface (42), a fourth surface (44) and a fifth surface (46). The second surface is provided with a step between the first and third surfaces. The fourth surface is provided with a step between the third surface and the fifth surfaces. The right separating surface (36) has a sixth surface (48), a seventh surface (50), an eighth surface (52), a ninth surface (54) and a tenth surface (56). The seventh surface is provided with a step between the sixth surface and the eighth surface. The steps are arranged on the upper side main mountain part or the lower side main mountain part.
