Abstract

The rubber material for preparing the winding couplers is prepared from the following raw materials: natural rubber, R300 special white carbon black, an anti-ageing agent and the like; and the forming method for the winding couplers comprises the following steps of: immersing rayon threads in chlorine glue size, drying and coiling into coils; pulling the coils into rectangular coils, and sleeving on a standby framework; fixing, and putting into a mold of vulcanizing equipment; performing mixing and open milling on the rubber material for preparing the winding couplers, and immersing in an RS620 parting agent; taking out, performing air drying and cooling; and injecting into a cavity of the mold by using an injection machine, vulcanizing for 720 to 840 seconds, cooling, and trimming to obtain the winding couplers.
