Embodiment Construction

[0022] The experimental site is located in the net room of the Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The soil for the potting experiment is the prepared oil-contaminated soil, which is the original oil-contaminated soil (0-20cm) collected from the Shengli Oilfield in Dongying City, Shandong Province and Wanliutang Park in Shenyang City. The natural non-polluted soil (0-20cm) collected in the country was prepared by weight proportioning into the petroleum-contaminated soil with a total petroleum hydrocarbon concentration of 10000mg / kg. The physical and chemical indicators of the soil are shown in Table 1. After 15 days of planting in natural pollution-free soil or when the height of the plant is 7-9cm, the seedlings are transplanted into the prepared petroleum-contaminated soil (total petroleum hydrocarbon concentration is 10000mg / kg). A blank sample (i.e., a prepared oil-contaminated soil sample without plants) was set up in the experiment. The po...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of plant remediation of oil-contaminated soil, in particular to a method for treating and remediating oil-contaminated soil by using gaillardia aristata pursh flower plants. The method is to plant gaillardia aristata pursh in oil-contaminated soil. When the total petroleum hydrocarbon concentration of the soil is 10,000mg/kg, the growth amount of the plants is not inhibited basically, and the gaillardia aristata pursh can effectively degrade the total petroleum hydrocarbon in the oil-contaminated soil through the combined functions of the developed roots and root microbes to reduce the total petroleum hydrocarbon content in the contaminated soil. When the gaillardia aristata pursh is planted for 90 days, the degradation rate of the total petroleum hydrocarbon content in the contaminated soil can reach 56.63 percent which is nearly 4 times a blank natural degradation rate which is 15.49 percent. This proves that the gaillardia aristata pursh has high oil contamination resistance and high total petroleum hydrocarbon degradation capability. Thus, the total petroleum hydrocarbon in soil can be effectively removed by planting the gaillardia aristata pursh in the oil-contaminated soil, and removing all plants and well treating the plants in a centralized manner after the plants are mature.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of phytoremediation of oil-contaminated soil, in particular to a method for treating and repairing oil-contaminated soil by using the perennial root of the flower gamanga. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the problem of soil pollution in my country has become increasingly prominent, posing a serious threat to the ecological environment, food safety and human health. Among them, soil pollution caused by organic pollutants such as oil is particularly prominent. Due to the development of oil exploitation, petrochemical industry and the wide use of petroleum products, oil pollution has become one of the world's public hazards [Document 1: Chen Hejian. Oil and Gas Field Environmental Protection, 2000, 10 (4) : 14-15.]. The total oil production in the world today is about 22×10 per year 8 Ton. 17.5×10 of them 8 Tons are produced by onshore oil fields. Oil pollution alone has 8×10 pollution in t...
