Embodiment Construction

[0022] 1. With 80mg of crude oil or rock extract, fill the column with 6.0g of silica gel with a particle diameter of 100-200 mesh, and wash with 15ml of n-hexane to prepare saturated hydrocarbons;

[0023] 2. Volatilize the solvent on a nitrogen blowing instrument, weigh the mass of saturated hydrocarbons, fill the column with ZSM molecular sieves about 100 times the mass of saturated hydrocarbons, and wash with 20ml of isooctane to prepare isomeric hydrocarbons;

[0024] 3. Volatilize the solvent on the nitrogen blowing instrument, and weigh the quality of the isomeric hydrocarbon;

[0025] 4. Weigh about 3.0g of NaY molecular sieve to fill the column, and 8.0mg of isomeric hydrocarbon is adsorbed on about 80mg of coarse silica gel; transfer it to the NaY molecular sieve column with cold n-pentane, and rinse with cold n-pentane .

[0026] 5. Flush 15ml first to obtain steranes. After the molecular sieve sample in the column is extracted with n-pentane for at least 10 hours,...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for separating gonane and hopane from crude oil or rock extract, which comprises: passing 80 milligrams of crude oil or rock extract through 6 grams of silica gel-packed column with a particle diameter of 100 to 200 meshes, and leaching with 15 milliliters of n-hexane to obtain saturated hydrocarbons; volatilizing solvent on a nitrogen evaporator, weighing a saturated hydrocarbon, passing the saturated hydrocarbon through zeolite sieve of molecular porosity (ZSM) molecular sieve-packed column of which the mass is 100 times that of the saturated hydrocarbon, leaching with 20 milliliters of isooctane to obtain an isohydrocarbon; volatilizing solvent on a nitrogen evaporator, and weighing the saturated hydrocarbon; weighing 3.0 grams of NaY molecular sieve-packed column, and allowing 8.0 milligrams of isohydrocarbon to be absorbed on about 80 milligrams of coarse silica gel; transferring the isohydrocarbon onto the NaY molecular sieve column by using cold n-pentane and leaching with cold n-pentane; and collecting diffident required samples according to different amounts, namely collecting gonane first and then collecting hopane. The result of chromatography-mass spectrometry shows that the separation effect is desirable.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a method for one-time separation of sterane and hopane in crude oil or rock extract by using NaY molecular sieve. Background technique: [0002] Steranes and hopanes are very important biomarker compounds in crude oil and rock extracts. Through the study of steranes and hopanes, information on the parent material type, depositional environment, and maturity of petroleum can be determined. The main target compounds for studies on oil source correlation and oil and gas secondary migration. With the development of monomer hydrocarbon stable isotope determination technology, oil and gas geochemists began to study biomarker compound isotopes in order to obtain more and more detailed information and solve problems that could not be solved in the past. In order to realize the stable isotope determination of sterane and hopane, it must be separated from petroleum or rock extracts to eliminate the interference of co-distilled componen...
