By the method, the real-time dynamic networking is realized by management of the information and accounts of equipment by an account server. In the invention, the dynamic networking among all kinds of internet equipment in a personal network or a home network is supported within an Internet range, and manual intervention is not required for the internet equipment belonging to a same user account in the network, so that the other equipment belonging to the same user account can be discovered dynamically in real time, and the personal network is formed for realizing functions which cannot be fulfilled by any one single equipment and performing resource sharing. The equipment of the personal network can publish resources provided by the equipment and can conveniently retrieve and utilize the resources provided by the other equipment simultaneously. The functions of the single equipment are expanded by direct communication and the resource sharing between any two pieces of equipment.
