According to an embodiment, the linkage system of plural multi function peripherals includes a first multi function peripheral and a second multi function peripheral. The first multi function peripheral includes a first network interface, a first memory and a first management unit. The first memory is configured to store a first data group. The first management unit is configured to manage first management information relating to the first data group. The second multi function peripheral includes a second network interface, a second memory, a second management unit and a control unit. The second memory is configured to store a second data group.
