Abstract

A dosing and dispensing device comprising: a chassis; at least one receiving device for receiving any dosing and dispensing unit or functional unit that allows insertion into the receiving device; a holder; and at least one drive mechanism. The holder has at least one holding position for a dosing unit or a functional unit. Furthermore, a weighing unit is provided, which is arranged on a lower level of the chassis and includes a load receiver for receiving the target container. According to the invention, the dosing and dispensing device includes a changeover mechanism enabling a horizontal movement of the receiving device relative to the chassis. By shifting the horizontal position of the receiving device, the dosing unit or functional unit can be removed from its holding position and received into the receiving device, and vice versa. Furthermore, by means of the switching mechanism, the receiving device together with the driving mechanism can be moved vertically relative to the chassis in a direction towards the filling opening of the target container that has been arranged on the load receiver, and can be moved relative to the chassis in a direction away from the target.
