In the method disclosed by the invention, a demand routing driver of a WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network)-over-MANET (Mobile Ad hoc Network) fusion network designed by a Windows NDIS (Network Driver Interface Standard) interlayer micro-port driving mode is installed on a Windows operating system with multiple wireless network adapters; a Wi-Fi802.11 network adapter is selected to be used for connecting a local WLAN and provides WLANAP service; another wireless network adapter is simultaneously selected and used for connecting an MANET; and under the support of the demand routing driver of the WLAN-over-MANET fusion network, the system can execute the data message routing and rebroadcasting functions of a WLAN-over-MANET fusion network gateway.
