The micro magnetic positioning device comprises a magnetic field generator, a magnetic sensor module and a data processing module, wherein the magnetic field generator is arranged in the micro in-vivo diagnosis and treatment device; the magnetic sensor module comprises three triaxial magnetic sensors; first and second triaxial magnetic sensors are arranged at different positions of the abdomen of a human body; a third triaxial magnetic sensor is arranged at the other position and used for measuring the magnetic field intensity of the position; and the data processing module is connected with the magnetic sensor module and used for calculating the intensity of magnetic fields generated by the magnetic field generator at the positions of the first and second triaxial magnetic sensors according to a measuring result and calculating the current position of the micro in-vivo diagnosis and treatment device by using a magnetic dipole model.
