The invention discloses a liquid phase gradient mixer, comprising a first mixing chamber and a second mixing cavity, wherein the cross sections of the two mixing cavities are square; the first mixing chamber and the second mixing cavity are filled with zirconia beads; one end of the first mixing chamber is provided with a flowing phase inlet; the other end is connected with one end of the second mixing chamber via a transmission pipe; and the other end of the second mixing chamber is provided with a flowing phase outlet. In the liquid phase gradient mixer disclosed by the invention, the two mixing chambers of which the cross sections are square are adopted to serve as the containers of mixed flowing phase, wherein the two mixing chambers are connected by the transmission pipe, the flowingphase can occupy most area of the mixer, and therefore the problem of larger dead volume of the traditional static mixer is solved.
