Abstract

A central hole of a complex probe in the embedded focusing probe is communicated with a central pipe of a single-port pedestal, the pedestal part of the single-port pedestal is provided with a first pipeline which is communicated with the central pipe of the single-port pedestal, and then an inner suction port passage is formed; and a sealing head is provided with an outer suction hole which is parallel to the central hole axis of the complex probe, and a passage space between the inner layer pipe and the outer layer pipe of the complex probe is communicated with the outer suction hole. The outer suction hole of the sealing head, the passage space between the inner layer pipe and the outer layer pipe of the complex probe and a suction pipe form an outer suction hole passage.
