The sludge is concentrated primarily, and is added with dehydrating conditioners by the conditioner adding machine, wherein disinfectants are mixed in the conditioner according to the nature of the sludge; the sludge enters the belt press filter to dehydrate after being separated out most of the water by the mud-water separator, and the dehydrated sludge is conveyed to the self-conveyor feed by the screw conveyor, and is stirred and crushed, and mixed with hot air sent by the air blower, and is evaporated and dried in the evaporation tower, and enters the two cyclone separators through the top of the evaporation tower, wherein the dried sludge is collected in hoppers of the cyclone separators, and the tail gas is treated by the dust catcher.
