The operation repealing method comprises the following steps: finding history data corresponding to operation information of an operation to be repealed in a history log sheet of a bill; and replacing the data in a master meter of the bill by use of the found history data, wherein the history log sheet of the bill records the operation information and the history data before executing the operation. In the embodiment of the invention, because a repealing process has nothing to do with a positive operation logic, only records and replaces the data correspondingly, can be suitable for repealing any operation, thereby achieving the many-for-one relationship of the operation and a repeal flow path; and a corresponding repeal flow path is developed individually without aiming at a certain operation, when the repeal is performed, the repeal flow path is not needed to be selected according to the operation, therefore the development and expansion of the repeal flow path are simplified, thereby improving the repeal efficiency.
