The light-emitting lamp fitting comprises an LED (light-emitting diode), a solar module, an auxiliary electric power module, an electric potential detection circuit, a first switch unit and a second switch unit; when the electric potential detection circuit in the light-emitting lamp fitting detects that voltage generated by the solar module is greater than a specific value, the solar module is connected to an LED module so as to supply solar electric power to the LED module; and when the electric potential detection circuit detects that the voltage of solar electric power is lower than the specific value, the auxiliary electric power module is connected to the LED module, and the auxiliary electric power module supplies power to the LED module.
