Embodiment 1

[0018] Embodiment one: see figure 1 According to the sound of snoring, the specific operation steps of the method for determining obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome are:

[0019] (1) Set up a suitable recording environment to record the patient's snoring signal throughout the night;

[0020] (2) Preprocess the patient's snoring signal, reduce noise and manually delete the recording when the patient is not asleep;

[0021] (3) Perform dynamic threshold endpoint detection on the processed snoring signal, capture each snoring event, and then add some judgment conditions to indirectly calculate the AHI value;

[0022] (4) Display the diagnosis result of OSAHS based on snoring rhythm.

Embodiment 2

[0023] Embodiment 2: This embodiment introduces the specific process of Embodiment 1 in more detail:

[0024] (1) The recording plan is set to use a non-contact microphone for the patient. The microphone is suspended at a distance of about 15cm from the patient. The recording format is set to WAV, with 8KHz sampling and 16bit quantization. The recorded snoring signal is saved in the computer;

[0025] (2) When the recording environment is not good, such as too much environmental noise, it is necessary to preprocess the snoring signal, so as to ensure higher accuracy of endpoint detection. The method of noise reduction adopts spectral subtraction, and the effect after noise reduction is shown in Figure 7. The amplitude of the silent segment must be below 0.02, and the amplitude of the snoring segment must be above 0.1.

[0026] (3) Perform dynamic threshold endpoint detection on the snoring signal. Considering the actual situation, it is necessary to identify each monitored sno...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for diagnosing obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) according to snore. Since snore of a patient with the symptom of the OSAHS has special property that apnea or hypopnea lasting at least ten seconds is reserved between two adjacent times of snore and the amplitude of the snore interval is higher than that of the apnea or hypopnea internal evidently, each snore interval can be detected by means of end-point detection based on short-time amplitude, AHI (apnea hypopnea index) value of the patient can be computed by judging whether the interval between the two adjacent times of snore is longer than ten seconds or not, and finally whether the patient gets the OSAHS or not can be diagnosed. Compared with the conventional PSG (polysomnography) diagnosing method, the method has the series advantages of low cost, high efficiency, convenience in operation without making the patient uncomfortable, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for determining the Apnea Hypopnea Index (AHI) of Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Different from the traditional polysomnography (PSG), the present invention judges whether the patient has apnea or hypopnea during sleep by analyzing the sound of snoring, so that the AHI value of the patient can be calculated as a preliminary screening for OSAHS symptoms. It also provides a new option for the objective evaluation of postoperative effects. Background technique [0002] Snoring is a common sleep phenomenon. The sound of snoring is caused by the collapse or complete blockage of some parts of the upper airway due to muscle relaxation or disease during sleep. Medically, this kind of symptoms such as repeated upper airway collapse during sleep, apnea or hypoventilation caused by obstruction, frequent occurrence of snoring and sleep structure disturbance, and decreased blood oxygen saturation are called OS...
