The preparation method comprises the following steps of: taking the components of the fertilizer by weight parts; dissolving germanium dioxide into the potassium hydroxide; adding the organic acid, and then performing acidizing chelation reaction for 5-10 hours; adding the sodium selenite, zinc acetate, amino acid, boric acid, chromic chloride, ammonium metavanadate, urea and water; reacting for 5-10 hours; and filtering and removing slag, thereby obtaining the ion nutritional liquid fertilizer.
